My client is a successful, well established firm who have been running for over 160 years. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to be based at their Head Office covering maternity leave.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records and financial information.
To assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, key performance MI and the Annual Report and Accounts,
To support the overall strategic aims and objectives
preparing monthly management accounts
balance sheet reconciliation
accruals and prepayments
cash flow forecasting
processing sales and purchase ledger
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, and ideally hold an AAT qualification or equivalent or studying
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
