Are you looking for a flexible part-time role? This office based admin job is just outside of Hitchin is looking for someone to work 21 hours a week in a role internally named a 'Claimback Administrator'. The job sits in-between customer service and finance, and your job will be to collate facts and figures on projects that are in dispute and are requesting refunds or credits.

This is a fabulous opportunity for some who is looking to work for a company who really value their staff, and the business will be flexible on the part time hours that suit you.

You can be expect a salary of up to £22,000 pro rata based on experience. You will also receive a company pension and be able to take advantage of their great online retailer discount scheme.

Your Responsibilities:

. Process and log all claim requests

. Collate all supporting documentation

. Liaise with the sales force to ensure you have all the facts

. Calculate the value of the claim and ensure all details are correct

For this role, you must be:

. Accurate with great attention to detail

. Someone who enjoys working with numbers

. An excellent communicator

. Experienced in Excel, Outlook and Word

. Tenacious with a can-do attitude

. Able to demonstrate previous admin experience - from a claims role would be a huge advantage!
