Customer Service AdvisorWe are looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor for a period of 3 months for our values-driven client. The role is based within an energetic Contact Centre environment, with a team of people that have a genuine interest in supporting customers. This position is fast-paced and interesting working for an organisation that is caring and supportive, who invest in their staff and offer excellent opportunities for progression.The successful candidate will have:Experience working in a customer service driven environmentTo be able to multitask Confident on learning new IT systemsDuties include the following:First point of contact for inbound phone calls, letters, emails and visitors. Providing quality advice to customersCarrying out administration tasks required that relate to resolving customer contactProcessing applicationsMaintaining accurate recordsPerson specification:Previous contact/call centre experience or front line customer service experience will be essentialEvidence of customer service soft skills including empathy and taking ownershipAbility to adhere to scheduled timescales Good IT Skills, with the ability to learn internal systems quicklyConfidence to be solution orientated when handling any challenging customer queries
