Our client based in Letchworth is looking for someone to join their team as an Office Manager/PA. You will be in the hub of the office where you will be responsible for the three directors, therefore it is essential you have had previous PA experience, a real can-do attitude and a flexible approach to your work. You will need to be organised and used to "spinning lots of plates"

We are looking for you to:

. Organise and maintain diaries, arrange travel and meeting rooms

. Manage property portfolio facilities ensuring any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently

. Provide administrative support as and when is needed

. Management of incoming emails, post and corresponding on behalf of directors

. Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle these appropriately

. Raise purchase orders

. Provide documents and support for meetings

. Liaise with clients and staff

. Arrange travel and accommodation

. Meet and greet visitors

And about you..

. Efficient and organised

. Ability to prioritise.

. Well-presented

. Self-motivated and pro-active

. Excellent typing and excel skills

. Previous experience within a similar role
