Our client based just outside of Hitchin is looking for a Sales Support Agent to join their well established and supportive team. You must be energetic, enthusiastic and be able to deliver a first class service. The company has a friendly, innovative and open environment where there is great opportunity for progression.
Your main tasks will be:
.Answering phone enquiries and supplying information to customers
. Raising credits, pro-forma invoices and responding to sample request
. Managing complaints, filing and archiving
. Liaising with the external sales support
. Building relationships with external sales force and customers
. Solve problems and occasionally deal with challenging telephone calls and issues
. Process sales orders within agreed SLA
To be successful in this role you need to have:
. Strong customer service experience
. Experience using a CRM system
. A general understating of supply chain
. Previous of experience in of managing customers and complaints
. Ability to learn quickly
. A high standard of English and Mathematics
You can expect a salary of between £20,000-£23,000 depending on experience as well as great employee benefits.
