My client, a leading property developer in London, is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team on a temporary basis. The role is expected to last for at least 6 months and will likely be extended. The role is paying £12ph.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the legal process, from reservation through to legal completion, is managed effectively. Also, to ensure that all anti money laundering checks are carried out thoroughly and report any risks to the MLRO.

The duties include but are not limited to:
· To ensure that all certified AML documents are obtained and meet anti money laundering criteria· Ensuring money laundering documents are correct, signed off, logged and filed securely · Ensure colleagues are aware of all changes to drawings which impact on purchasers· To ensure that solicitors have all conveyance plans and all required details for the contract and lease· Liaise with Sales and Site teams on the readiness of plots to enable us to give completion dates· To overseas UK & overseas sales to ensure that all sales exchange in time.The ideal candidate will:· Be available immediately, happy with £12ph, be able to commute to SE1 and have experience within a similar role· Have excellent administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task· Good telephone manner and communication skills at all levels· Customer focused with well developed interpersonal skills· Excellent IT skills to include all Microsoft Office programmes, Outlook and the internet· Experience within the Property or Property Development industry· A good understanding of legal progression.
