We are looking to recruit individuals who are ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding 6 month Temporary assignment in either the Servicing or Bereavement department. This role will suit someone with strong Customer Service experience, Administration skills and enjoys a fast paced environment.
Diligenta look after 18 million policies on behalf on their clients and are leading experts within their field. This role will enable you to work alongside these experts and deliver excellent customer service, whilst developing your knowledge.
This fantastic opportunity is paying £9.91 per hour and looking for individuals who are available immediately for both interview and start.
You will join Diligenta on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours a week and you will accrue holiday as you work and have access to a range of great benefits that Tate provide.
The Servicing team focus on the processing of payments and changing account details for customers and clients. This role requires a high attention to detail.
The bereavement team handle both inbound and outbound calls, liaising with customers who are dealing with a bereavement and assisting them as best as possible. Empathy, sympathy and understanding are key for this role.
