Tate are currently recruiting a number of positions for Customer Service Administrators to work for an established growing organisation in Brackmills. You'll be working 40 hours per week between over 5 days across Monday to Sunday working on a 4 week rotating shift basis between 0700 - 2000.
For this role you will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to be flexible when required. Most importantly, you will have the customer's needs in mind at all times, providing a first class service and always striving to go the extra mile.
Day-to-day, be working within a busy call centre environment answering incoming calls from members of the public, supporting them through their queries and resolving issues within set time frames. You will be working in a busy environment where team work, ability to multi task and strong IT skills are a must. Although a lot of this role is based on the telephone you will also be required to carry out admin duties, communicate over online portals and via email.
This is an ongoing temporary role starting immediately
