Salary:- £45,000 to £55,000 + KPI Bonuses up to £15,000 + Company bonus £5,400 based on company performance

Due to growth and restructure, these are exciting times to join this leading International Life Sciences business. The Regional Account Manager is tasked in running 1 key account and a selection of smaller accounts within their field based, Northern local territory. You will be managing the supply of the product within these businesses along with managing the Managed Service third party contracts under a 'One Shop solution'

You will be tasked with...
Providing daily account management and contract issue resolution support to key clients within the South-East region - meeting SLA and delivering quarterly and annual KPI reviews and reports for your region to the customer. Manage and resolve tech service, product and application support issues and also identifying growth opportunities - whilst protecting existing business. You would be expected to work 2 days per week at key account sites in The North , delivering exception service and growth through development and diversification of business.
3 days a week you will be covering your account area, however there is flexibility to work from home
You will have proven Account Management experience ideally within the realm of Life Sciences, be able handle complex data for reports and ideally have experience of working with the NHS - you will exhibit multi-stakeholder management skills, and have a determined frame of mind and a resilient "don't give up attitude" - Product Service training will be given
