Full time Receptionist post available for you to join a highly reputable company based on the outskirts of Letchworth.
The role is a permanent position that is available immediately and would suit somebody who is sociable with a great personality and able to help with some admin duties too. Although you'll be working alone, you will be based in the heart of the building with lots of interaction from staff passing by.
As the Receptionist here you will be:
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Answering and fielding telephone calls
- Booking couriers
- Ordering stationary
- Distributing mail
- Logging in deliveries and arranging special delivery post
- Booking travel
- Organising all maintenance visits
- Assisting other departments with administration
You will need to be proficient with MS office packages, have a confident telephone manner and be enthusiastic and personable.
Hours: 9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday with an hour lunch.
The company offer a 3% contributory pension, 20 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus.
We are looking to recruit very quickly for this position, ideally having someone start in September.
