Call Handler - Southampton - Immediate Start
9:00am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri - 35 hours
To take new calls, convert appropriate new enquiries into new clients, provide administrative support to the Team in terms of new call callers, new clients/files and the first stages of new cases as required by the team leader, to help the smooth running of the team caseload.
