Our client is one of Europe's leading industrial service partners providing engineering knowledge and expertise is recruiting for a HR Administrator to work in the HR Team on a permanent basis in Halesowen to start immediatelyWhat you will be doing:· You will be involved in all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, payroll and HR administration as well as absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues, benefits and rewards, staff communication and much more.· You will be providing our internal customers with a professional, friendly and trustworthy service.· As the first point of contact in the HR team, you will be able to communicate effectively with members of staff at all levels, including senior management.· You will work closely with the rest of the team to complete projects and initiatives.· You will build close working relationships with all stakeholders in order to provide the required level of support.Skills and experience you need:· Excellent written and oral skills.· Outstanding organisational skills.· The ability to build good working relationships.· Strong IT and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise your workload within a very busy, open-door department.
