We are currently seeking a temporary Helpdesk Administrator to support our Chandlers Ford based client provide a first class level of service to their high profile customer. As the first point of contact for their client, you will be receiving and handling calls and providing administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities include: · Maintain the client's Helpdesk function with the timely answering of all telephone, email and face to face enquiries.· Maintain clear and effective lines of communication with staff and end user community. To provide administrative support to both operational and non-operational areas of the business.· To ensure that the client receives excellent customer service at all times.· Undertake customer satisfaction questionnaires of completed works and record the feedback.
The successful candidate will have:· The ability to establish and maintain high standards of excellence in areas of operational administration.· Practical experience in an office environment is preferable. · Computer literacy is essential; knowledge of email and MS package is desirable.· The ability to be resilient under pressure and be able to communicate confidently with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels.· Personable and approachable.
Hours of work are 8am to 5pm and the contract is expected to run to at least the end of September with the potential to be extended.
