This unique Letchworth based organisation and looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work at their base in the town centre.
This organisation offer an exclusive service in IT Managed Services to their client base. The company operate globally with the HQ in the UK and the USA and offices also in 3 other destinations throughout the world.
The role would suit a customer focused individual who has a passion for customer service and could also be an ideal start to a career in IT or administration.
You will be part of a team providing telephone support to customers allocating engineers, recording data, updating and monitoring systems, updating and maintain regular reporting using Microsoft Excel and assisting with basic internal IT issues.
Working hours with a shift pattern based over 365 days of the year, covering 7 days a week, including weekends and Bank Holidays between the hours of 5am and 8pm.
The current shift pattern consists of 4 days on and 2 days off, consisting of 2 days starting at 5am, 2 days starting at 11am and 2 days off.
The successfully individual must have a good customer background, maybe coming from either a administration, hospitality or retail background. Good PC skills are vital.
