Customer Service Representative

Location- Hayes

Salary - £20,000pa. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 18.00pm with occasional paid over-time.

Our client is are looking for a full time customer services representative to assist with responding to customer queries, messages and handle customer service related phone calls. On a daily basis your main duties & responsibilities will be:

  • To understand the processing of orders received through online sources and over the telephone. This includes determining the most cost efficient way to send the order, by using mathematical formulae for courier calculations.
  • To handle and be responsible for customer service related calls and emails. This will include being trained on how to messages and emails via online platforms that we sell on.
  • All admin related tasks as and when required.

Previous experience in customer service related fields would be extremely beneficial.

  • Minimum Grade C in Maths & English is a must to be successful for the position

The perfect candidate should be able to handle tricky customers and disputes, and remain calm and effective when under pressure. You should also be prepared to take full responsibility for your role, to ensure all customer queries are responded to on time and correctly.
