We are looking to recruit talented individuals who are ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding Apprenticeship in Customer Service within the IT division. This role would suit someone technically minded, or has a strong interest in Technology.

Your Customer Service Apprenticeship journey starts here.... You will be joining Jigsaw24 and will assist with the daily operations in the Managed Services department. This will enable you to experience what it is really like to work within a team and demonstrate your ability to work with others, complete a variety of tasks and make a positive difference to an already successful organisation.

Your Apprenticeship course is structured over a 12 month programme that will help you gain the skills, knowledge and behaviours to progress your career at Jigsaw24 and gain a Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service. You will have a dedicated mentor and learning days with a trainer to ensure you are given every opportunity to be successful. Once you have completed your programme with Jigsaw24 there will be an opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.

Your role within Managed Services will include duties such as: Providing support and technical advice alongside troubleshooting for customers, updating internal CRM systems, liaising with both customers and end users via telephone and emails, plus so much more!

Starting off with Administration duties through to Customer Support, Jigsaw24 will develop your skillset; moving you into the different functions within Managed Services throughout your apprenticeship. This will give you opportunities to experience all aspects of service delivery, from Customer Support and Device Management through to the Service Desk and Bench Engineering.
