A busy, corporate Hitchin company is recruiting for a B2B Customer Support Coordinator to help deliver internal sales support. This post is for someone who has excellent attention to detail and can deliver exceptional customer service. There is great opportunity for progression within this company with the chance of working in various departments.
Your key responsibilities here will be:-
. Process all sales orders that come in either by telephone or via email
. Resolve any customer queries with regards to returns or credits
. Support internal and external departments with stock and price enquiries
. Keep up-to-date with any new product specifications
For this role, we are looking for:-
. Excellent customer service skills
. Strong organisational skills
. Accurate data entry experience
. Strong communication and organisation skills
. High level of self-motivation
. Knowledge of SAP desirable
