Data Model Analyst

3 Month Temporary Contract

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking a role as a Data Model Analyst to work in a modern corporate environment for one of our clients who are a multinational retail company.

Working closely with the Data Model Management Team, this role will help define and manage the selling data model which is used to collect all customer facing data and information.

You will be accountable for ensuring that the data model is defined and agreed for each range review to allow data to be collected from external vendors.

A key area of focus will be ensuring that any changes to the data model are captured and passed through the appropriate channels, maintaining compliance with company policy.

You will also support and define requirements for accurate product data and content data by understanding future direction, with the objective of delivering a world-class product and information, whatever the channel.

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively and strategically, in order to set and achieve goals. You will be forward thinking and an excellent planner, in order to manage complexity and adapt to changes. You will also be someone who sets and upholds high standards, communicating in a clear and consistent manner whilst inspiring your team to do the same.

Qualifications and Experience

 Knowledge of how to optimise content for driving digital engagement

 In depth technical knowledge of product information management solutions

 Experience managing multiple projects

 Understanding of how product data influences in-store and digital communication

 Experience in product data and content management

 Experience of building a best-in-class product database

 Technical capability in managing complex IT system critical to commercial operations
