Customer Resolutions Administrator - EveningsBirmingham City CentreTemporary (6-8 weeks predicted, possibly longer)35 hour per week£8.21 per hourTate are currently recruiting for a well know, reputable brand, based in offices within Central Birmingham, close to New Street Station.Working hours for this role are 30 per week. This is broken down in to 6 hour shifts per day, working 16:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday.Within this role, you will be working as part of a team, in an office environment, to ensure every customer receives the best possible experience in response to their query.
