Experienced and passionate HR candidates required for the UK Regulator of Pensions based in Central Brighton, £38,429. As HR Business Partner you will be providing HR business consultancy ensuring all people issues are identified promptly, managed, resolved and monitored.
Responsibilities will include:· Support business areas with people issues, including workforce plans, succession plans and recruitment campaigns· Deliver HR advice and solutions aligned to HR policy and procedures· Experience in training, mentoring and coaching staff and managers on people issues· Provide support on HR and business projects where required· Work alongside the HR operations team to ensure accurate management of personnel records compliant with GDPR· Manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels through all areas of employee life cycle· Ability to write comprehensive business cases and reports
The candidate must have a minimum CIPD Level 5 or above and have experience working in a large organisation of 500 plus.
This is a busy role where you will need to be proactive and flexible, ability to prioritise and use initiative, strong attention to detail and accuracy and a personable team player. Practical work experience gained within a similar regulatory, legislative or pensions / financial services background desirable.
This a full time role working Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, civil service pension, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata, flexible working and opportunities to progress your career. Interviews scheduled for Wednesday 28th August 2019.
