Customer Service Advisor
We're hiring Customer Services Advisors on behalf of our client, TJX Europe, to join their teams in Watford and Hemel Hempstead (flexible on locations!) to support their peak shopping period on 3-6 month temporary contracts.
You will be part of a great team who are passionate about all things TK Maxx and Homesense and who are motivated by delivering a service to their customers by ensuring that they receive a timely, fair and consistent response as representatives of TJX Europe.
The Customer Services Advisors have an important front line role managing queries from our Online and Stores customers across the UK and Ireland.
If you are fluent in written and spoken English with experience of front line customer service for both internal and external customers, this could be the role for you.
All we ask is that you have an understanding of what makes great customer service and have a desire to deliver it, to demonstrate patience and the ability to empathise and build rapport. Attention to detail and being able to manage multiple tasks at once (i.e. talking and typing) are also key attributes.
The Contact Centre opening hours are Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm. With this in mind, you will work a flexible shift pattern working a total of 37.5 hours per week, with 1 weekend in 3.
Hourly rate dependent on experience starting at £9.74.
