An established boutique Auction House based in the heart of London's Fitzrovia is seeking a Customer Service Representative, paying between £25,000 - £30,000 plus an excellent company bonus scheme, to help provide a high touch/ luxury customer service to the companies new and existing clients.
The main function of this position is to work closely with the companies managing director to help deliver a professional, luxury service to all customers. You will be involved in providing effecting change in order to improve customer retention and loyalty - helping to create a greater emotional connection between customers and the brand. Assisting to create a company loyalty scheme to help position the auction house as a leader in the field. Day to day responsibilities are very hands on helping with the packaging, presentation and dispatching of the purchases to improve the customer journey. You may also be involved in the preparation of the auction catalogues as well as the execution of the floor and electronic auctions.
The company is seeking a graduate calibre candidate who is interested in becoming involved in the auction world, will a passion for the arts and antiquities. You will have a strong customer service background, both remote and client facing support. Experience in developing and implementing new company processes to help promote excellent brand awareness, client retention and customer journey.
