Customer Support Advisor required for the UK Regulator of Pensions based in Central Brighton, £21200. Previous customer service gained within a contact call centre environment or pension/financial services experience is essential. You will be the first point of contact for all phone calls, and deal with corresponding administration. Full training will be given on their technical products to enable you to deal with the queries. Ability to give a positive experience to all callers, be polite and professional and explain technical information in an understanding way. Knowledge of Data Protection Act/Freedom of Principles is essential. This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 9-5pm with flexible working offered, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, civil service pension. Must be available to interview mid-August.
