Tate are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to start work at an excellent business based in Exeter. Our client has a fantastic Customer Service Team who deliver award winning service.
If you are successful in your application, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues, taking ownership of any ongoing issues. Some of the main duties include:
· Monitor the Customer Services Inbox· Receive and log on the results of all telephone calls and emails from Customers· Follow the complaints and escalated complaints procedure· Balance and co-ordinate the scheduling for the team · Ensure all relevant documentation is in customer plot files and logged onto the CRMThe preferred candidate would be able to work independently, have effective communication skills and demonstrate efficiency.
This is a temporary role, but with the hope to become a permanent role.
The hourly rate will be dependent on experience, between £9 to £11 per hour.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00.
