Tate are currently recruiting a number of positions for Customer Service Administrators to work for an established growing organisation in Brackmills. You'll be working 40 hours per week between over 5 days across Monday to Sunday working on a 4 week rotating shift basis between 0700 - 2000.
For this role you will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to be flexible when required. Most importantly, you will have the customer's needs in mind at all times, providing a first class service and always striving to go the extra mile.
Day-to-day, be working within a busy call centre environment answering online queries from members of the public, supporting them through their queries and resolving issues within set time frames. You will be working in a busy environment where team work, ability to multi task and strong IT skills are a must. Although you are an administrator, you will be expected to take calls during busy periods and on occasion may have to make outbound calls.
All roles are on a temporary to permanent basis starting in September.
