Castle Donington - Inbound Customer Service Consultant
Are you an experienced Customer Service Consultant fed up of late nights and working weekends?
Our client, based in Castle Donington are recruiting for ten positions in their diary planning team, this is a vital role within the business and to be successful you must have excellent customer service and organisational skills. Be IT savvy and be competent using an in house booking system quickly and efficiently.
- The role is a perfect blend of administration, problem solving and customer services working with other professionals
- You will be undertaking a varied mixture of work, including managing a wide range of diaries and using your skills to schedule appointments and organise a busy workforce
- The role will require someone who is proactive and can spot solutions to scheduling for professionals
The role will require someone who has experience within of working within a busy office environment and working towards service level agreements in order to provide a first class customer service in business customer services. Someone who has an eye for detail and enjoys working to deadlines would enjoy this role!
You must be available to working between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday and 1 in every 12 Saturdays and in return for working 37.5 hours a week you will receive a salary of up to £18,500.
