ROLE: EA Supporting on a 1:2 Basis

SALARY: Circa 45K


I am currently recruiting for an EA role supporting 2 Senior Stakeholders of a legal services firm in the city. This is busy, multifaceted role whereby you pay a pivotal part in contribution to the smooth running of their day to day responsibilities. Both stakeholders are extremely busy and working to time sensitive deadlines and as such the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure in an unflappable manner is essential.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Solid formatting skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • A general understanding of the legal sector would be advantageous

Key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to;

  • Extensive diary and, calendar
  • Responding to inbox enquiries and correspondence in the absence of both stakeholders
  • Extensive Travel coordination including, flights, travel, visa and local currencies
  • Inputting and processing a large volume of expenses
  • Collating senior management reports
  • Organisation of all board meetings
  • Taking and typing up board minutes and meeting correspondence
  • Maintaining a high volume of both soft and hard copy files
  • Coordinating meetings, placing meeting placeholders and invites into diaries
  • Collating required materials ahead of meetings, including the preparation of agendas
  • Checking of invoices and arranging for overseas transactions in multiple currencies
  • Screening calls that are directed for the attention of both senior stakeholders
  • Researching and presenting information as required
  • Pulling information from archives
  • Organisation of events and meetings including booking rooms or venues and ensuring lunches and all documentation has been prepared in advance of the event
