Job Description: Customer Service ans Sales Advisor

Salary: 22k per annum + Bonus plan and Commission

My client is a flagship Retail Tyre Centre. They are seeking someone with the highest calibre of professionalism to join their team in delivering an industry leading service to our retail and corporate customer.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, your duties will include:

 Working alongside the Retail Manager, you will be the face-face and voice of the company and will help run the Retail Centre on a daily basis, ensuring that all enquiries are handled with efficiently, whilst satisfying the needs of the customer and focusing on the sales and profitability of the centre.

 Take ownership of the full customer service journey from initial point of contact through to sale and beyond.

 To advise, quote and sell our service

 To handle telephone enquires professionally and in line to company standards.

 To ensure all jobs are carried out in a timely manner through liaising with workshop staff and selectively prioritising a constantly evolving workload

 To prepare, explain and issue quotations to customers.

 To manage cash, credit, BACS and cheque transactions and to reconcile daily.

 To liaise with fleet management companies and local corporate accounts.

 To liaise with parts suppliers and negotiate best deals on a daily basis.

 To accurately manage Goods In/Goods Out and reconcile parts inventory in line with company processes.

 To be pro-active at every opportunity, following up on unsold work and generating additional bookings by marketing their customer database.

Experience:

 A minimum of 2 years' experience, working in a main car dealer, fast fit or large independent retail business.

 A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related automotive role.

 Experience within a fast paced, consumer driven automotive environment.

 To be able to demonstrate working to, and exceeding of challenging targets.

 An excellent communicator and people person.

 The ability to excel under pressure and thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00am - 17:30pm

Saturday: 08:00am - 12:30pm (Every Week)
