Great new opportunity for a Customer Service professional working for a tech start-up based in London! The role is temporary but there are future permanent positions. Responsibilities:· Dealing with all inbound calls and ensuring their needs are fully met· Talking with prospective new sellers and telling them about Bark and how we can help grow their business· Managing the inbox for the team using Outlook and Zendesk· Assisting with social media including Twitter and Facebook pages· Ensuring welcome calls are made to new clients of the business

Skills:· Work well under pressure· Previous Zendesk experience not essential but desirable· Great organisational skills

· Great attention to detail· Fluent spoken and written English, with a clear and confident communication style· Driven, motivated with a good work ethic· An eagerness to learn· Self starter· Team player Due to this client supplying worldwide, there are a couple of shifts that you will be required to work, these are as follows: 9am to 6pm at £10ph 430pm to 1am (after 9pm you will receive £15ph) The late shift does come with some additional benefits including an Uber ride home, Deliveroo for dinner and time and a half!
