Employee of choice client and a leading pharmaceutical company globally ranked a Top 100 Employer! Our client is currently recruiting for a number of customer service roles based in Watford on a Temporary contract till the end of October

Role includes:

  • Responsible for handling all incoming calls from both customers and businesses, taking ownership through to resolution
  • Monitoring an email in box and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills ensuring all queries are dealt with in agreed response time
  • Solving problems from escalated queries
  • Logging all communication on the internal database

Key Skills and experience :

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A commitment towards delivering a high level of customer service
  • Experience within a customer service based position
  • Good IT Skills
  • SAP would be desirable
