Employee of choice client and a leading pharmaceutical company globally ranked a Top 100 Employer! Our client is currently recruiting for a number of customer service roles based in Watford on a Temporary contract till the end of October
- Responsible for handling all incoming calls from both customers and businesses, taking ownership through to resolution
- Monitoring an email in box and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills ensuring all queries are dealt with in agreed response time
- Solving problems from escalated queries
- Logging all communication on the internal database
Key Skills and experience :
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A commitment towards delivering a high level of customer service
- Experience within a customer service based position
- Good IT Skills
- SAP would be desirable
