Are you multi-lingual with experience within customer service? If so, I may have the perfect role for you!

One of our key manufacturing clients have a fantastic opportunity, for a qualified individual to join their customer service team. You will be responsible for both the Italian and Spanish markets so, it is imperative that your: English, Spanish and Italian language skills are at a high level.

As a Customer Service Agent, your duties will include:

  • Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Sales order
  • Purchase order
  • Deal with quotations
  • Resolution of queries
  • Responsible for shipping
  • Liaising with customers and departments via telephone and email
  • Logistics

To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong: English, Italian and (ideally) Spanish language and written skills
  • Experienced within similar roles
  • SAP experience (preferred)
