Working as a part of a team to complete daily tasks within set service level agreements
Receiving incoming enquires from customers via phone or email and responding to them accordingly
Regularly update customers on progress of their enquiry
working on key accounts that you will be assigned to manage
processing and managing customer orders using specialist system
working closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient process
learning business products to enable you to assist customers further
- Existing customer service experience would be advantageous
- Ability to deliver excellent standard of customer service
