Our Client delivers a supported and sustainable quality service for GP surgeries. Their Complex Care is focused in delivering high quality home-based complex healthcare services.
This role involves speaking to GP's, Patients and Hospitals; clearing any queries they may have in regards to the referrals. Some of the queries may include, yet are not limited to
- re-arranging appointment for GP's, patients and hospitals
- cancelling appointments
- booking appointments
- liaising with GP's in regards to urgent, missed or lost referrals
- dealing with incorrect referrals
This role involves being able to be calm and collected and equally having a clear and concise telephone manner.
Customer care experience is an essential as well as basic word, excel and email skills.
Full Time - Shift basis, working 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday
