We have a great opportunity to join a charity organisation based in Birmingham as an Credit Controller.

As a Credit Controller you will be required to:

  • Purse outstanding debt by telephone and written communication
  • To ensure debts are collected when falling due
  • Send out overdue letters
  • Deal with outstanding invoice queries
  • Ensure all overdue accounts are passed to affiliate debt collectors at the appropriate time
  • Ensuring any high risks accounts are brought to the attention of the Credit Manager
  • Updating internal records
  • Carry out general administration tasks
  • Working alongside with internal teams to help rectify any issues
  • Transferring data onto internal systems
  • Liaising with colleagues internally and externally

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous credit controller experience
  • Excellent time-keeping attendance history
  • Strong administration skills
  • Motivated
  • Being a team player
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional

Ongoing temporary for at least minimum of 5 weeks

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Pay rate - £12 p/h
