Tate is currently recruiting for a growing dynamic business based in central Farnborough.
Due to growth of both the business and the team, our client is now looking to support both the operations manager and customer services team by bringing in a team leader to the team.
You will be working alongside the other teams such as sales and compliance, providing the same hands on service to all clients and customers as well as providing guidance and motivation to the department.
Responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls and liaising with correspondence * Business Administrative duties * Developing and motivating the wider team * Implementing plans and incentives to ensure success throughout the department * Providing reports and monitoring team output * Providing additional cover to the line manager as needed.
You will need to have proven experience within a customer services environment, and leadership will come naturally in order to get the best out of the team.
You will also need a fantastic telephone manner with strong administrative and organisational skills.
Communication internally and externally will be key within this role.
