Tate currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an leading organisation in Northamptonshire for an Administrator to join their established organisation. You'll be working 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday between 0800 - 1800 with overtime available.
For this role you will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to be flexible when required. Most importantly, you will have the customer's needs in mind at all times, providing a first class service and always striving to go the extra mile.
Day-to-day, be working with internal teams, to ensure the customers journey goes smoothly from start to finish, from the first written communication, to the sales process, through to delivery and after sales. Do to the nature of the role, you will be expected to speak to customers and external stakeholders over the phone when required. You will be working within a busy team, however ability to work off your own initiative is a must. You will have experience working with Microsoft, particularly within outlook, word and excel. Full training will be provided on our client's in house system.
