We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to work with our client on the digital side of their business. You will primarily be responsible for queries that arise from the digital enquiries such as website, social media and email.
This is a permanent full time position with a salary of £19-£21,000 per annum with a host of additional benefits.
You will be based within the customer service department and will spend some time taking enquiries via telephone and resolving queries.
Typical duties as follows:
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Team and keeping the customer service department up to date
- Reviewing and responding to all digital communications from customers in the appropriate tone
- Assist in implementing the digital strategy
- Supporting telephone based customer service activities
- Someone who has a good knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong grammar and spelling and able to use the appropriate tone
- A really good telephone manner
- Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
