Administrator - Protection Case Handler - Southampton
To efficiently carry out all administrative duties, in order to contribute to the completion of protection applications.
To fully support protection advisers by preparing fully compliant files from initial contact with client, conducting research and preparing the application ensuring it meets the provider's criteria prior to submission.
Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience required:
- Experience of working within an administrative role
- Ability to pick up and retain knowledge of protection insurance criteria
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work to targets
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Competent levels of Microsoft Office and IT systems skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills
- Customer focused
