Tate are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join an established team on a Bournemouth based organisation.
The role will involve
- Providing support and advice in relation to the Purchase Order process
- Placing on-line orders
- Processing credit card transactions
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
- Support Financial and Management Accountants with month end accruals and ensuring accurate cut off
The ideal candidate will need to have
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to process large volumes of data
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong working knowledge of databases and MS Office
This is a temporary ongoing role to start asap.
