Well-established, friendly company based in Hitchin town are looking for a professional and detail orientated Receptionist/Administrator. The company are passionate about seeing their staff grow and therefore with the right candidate there will be the opportunity to study your Customer Service Apprenticeship and gain a recognised qualification.
For this role your responsibilities will be:
. Switchboard, Visitor inductions and parking permits
. Managing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for visitors
. Ensuring the reception area is always presentable
. Drafting correspondence
. Managing and recording monthly stationary spend
. Recording and distributing reports
. Issuing agenda and minutes from Director Meetings
. Filing and logging reports
. Publishing weekly reports
. Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
The person we are looking for must have:
. An excellent telephone manner
. Great attention to detail
. Strong verbal and written skills
. Working knowledge of Workspace and Microsoft Office
. Previous experience in a similar role
Your hours of work will be 8.30am-5.00pm with a salary of up to £19,000 depending on experience.
