Customer Service Coordinator - Temporary role based in St Albans
£10 per hour
2 month temporary position
Our client, a well-established head office in St Albans are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support in their busy period for approximately 2 months.
We are looking for candidates with previous call centre experience, who are confident in providing a service to both the internal and external customer. You will be dealing with a high volume of calls and emails, dealing with both general queries and customer complaints. It is vital that you are confident in dealing with different situations in a calm manner and are able to prioritise and organise tasks in order of importance.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator both verbally and in writing and can demonstrate the ability to adapt communication style to audience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am-5pm
