My client who are a leading international Pharmaceuticals company looking for an on-going Temporary Receptionist/Assistant candidate to start with them as soon as possible.

If you're available immediately, happy with £10-12ph and can commute to N1C, can commit to a long term temporary role, then I would love to hear from you!

This role will be based on Reception but providing admin assistance to the Facilities team and wider team if necessary. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Team, ensuring the office is run professionally at all times, with the primary focus on providing an excellent level of customer service to internal/ external clients, staff and contractors.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Manage and control all activities that relate to "Front of House" activities-Providing general assistance to staff, visitors and contractors-Taking responsibility for answering and processing all telephone calls in a professional and courteous -manner, accurately directing calls, managing messages efficiently and effectively to the relevant person-Take total responsibility for Meeting and Conference Rooms, providing technical support for all Audio/Visual and generally ensuring that the service provided is of the highest standards.-Meet and greet visitors, produce and manage all their visitor access cards for the site in accordance with agreed policy and procedure, ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety are managed, controlled and appropriate records maintained.-Take daily responsibility for all Access Cards, ensuring that all policies and procedures in respect of restricted access are met and maintained.-Ensure databases are accurately maintained and daily/monthly reports are prepared and produced for the Facilities Manager ensuring that all elements of our ISO standards are met in full.

The ideal candidate will:

-Be happy on an on-going temporary contract-Experience in using Microsoft Outlook-Have previous experience of managing and controlling a busy front of house operation, the ability to effectively manage a varied administrative and operational workload in support of the Facilities Coordinator and Regional Facilities Manager.-Some experience or exposure within a Facilities environment would undoubtedly be an advantage

Technical Skills / Ability:

-Be confident, outgoing and able to work under own initiative. Have the ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and a willingness to learn and develop.-Ability to communicate across all levels.-Excellent administrative, communication and operational skills with the proven ability to multi task in a fast-paced commercial environment.-Flexibility and a proactive approach to both work and hours are essential to fulfilling this role.
