We are seeking a bright enthusiastic receptionist/administrator on a part time basis for a busy city centre medical practice
As the first point of contact both face-to-face and via telephone, you will be the first point of contact for all patient contact; handling all queries and requests in a timely manner, assessing requirements ensuring anything urgent is handled accordingly, and assist new patients in the registration process, advise on services and charges, , ensure the reception area is always kept tidy, gain a knowledge of the appointment system, book appointments, take messages, divert calls and obtain file records, maintain and up-to-date records and complete general administration as required.

Your previous experience within a busy environment will enable you to prioritise efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Your professionalism and clear communication will ensure smooth running of the business. As an empathetic and calm individual, you will deal with customers effectively and remain calm under pressure always remaining discrete and confidential.
