The Role

  • This role is overseeing the Customer Support and On-Boarding teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, ensuring all KPI's are met, being the first line of escalation for any AML / KYC and customer service queries and providing training to the team.

  • This firm are seeking a bright, graduate calibre Client Service Manager who has good knowledge of AML regulations, who is passionate about going the extra mile for clients and providing and excellent service.
