My client is one of the fastest growing fin-tech start-ups anywhere in the world. With an exciting and methodical growth trajectory due to their sheer success and backing from numerous global technology giants, its an exciting time to join the business.They have an exciting opportunity for an intelligent, intuitive, gregarious and experienced Tech-Recruiter to join their fun and forward-thinking talent acquisition team as Lead Recruiter. Based in the heart of the City of London, my client are paying an attractive salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus amazing benefits. My client is looking to build a world-leading team as they flourish, propelling them toward 10 million users over the coming 12 - 24 months. They have up-scaled from circa 10 to 42 people and are looking to double in the next 18 months across territories of UK and North America. Youll take the lead in driving their innovative, engaged and ambitious team forward (globally) and will work directly with their Head of Talent and business leaders to grow their team and build their hiring strategy, tooling and execution to find top talent. You'll get involved with: 1. Liaising with technical leads, hiring managers and business leaders to build talent pools across multiple disciplines2. Using innovative sourcing techniques and a winning qualification process that will shortlist the most qualified candidates3. Set the right sourcing strategy to create strong pipelines 4. Work closely with hiring leads to continuously improve technical hiring strategy and process5. Building fun, engaging and tailored outreach campaigns to engage with high calibre candidates6. Attending networking and industry led events as well as seminars to maintain a pipeline and increase brand awareness 7. Provide an excellent and positive candidate experienceRequirements:1. Degree level or equivalent 2. At least 3 years of tech start-ups experience - ideally agency and in-house3. Solid understanding and passion for the tech scene (engineering talent, communities, brand development, university partnerships etc.)4. A genuine people person, who can build solid relationships with candidates and internal teams5. Astute with strong business acumen6. Excellent communication skills Benefits:1.
