If so, Tate have an amazing opportunity for a helpdesk operator to join the business on a Temporary basis with the view to go Permanent.
Monday to Friday (8.00am - 4.30pm)
Immediate interviews and start date
Temporary to Permanent
The role will involve taking inbound calls from the internal teams within the company and making sure the specific requests are dealt with. This will include liaising with various departments at the same time and the ability to make fast acting decisions based on the importance of the call.

- Prior experience working as a Help Desk/Switchboard operator or a multitasking Customer service position.
- Immediately available to interview and begin working.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to multitask.
