Tate are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established business based in Poole. This is a maternity cover position offering a salary of £19,200 per annum initially for a 6 month contract with possible extension to 9 months.
The Customer Service Administrator role will involve -
- Speaking to customers over the phone on a daily basis
- Liaising with customers via email
- Advising customers on products and services
- Assisting customers with complaints and resolving any issues
- Updating social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter
- Assisting customers face to face on occasions
This is not a target driven role, offering excellent customer service is the number one priority for the client.
Ideal candidates for this Customer Service Administrator role will have -
- Experience working in a telephone based customer service position
- Knowledge of social media
- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
The hours for the Customer Service Administrator role are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday and interviews are taking place next week.
