My client based in SE11 4JQ is looking for a temporary Payroll Administrator to join their lovely, friendly team. The role is a junior position and for someone fresh in their career but has some payroll experience. You will be working alongside the HR and Finance team and be an integral part of the team.

If you are available immediately, can commute to SE11, happy with £10ph, have some experience with payroll then I would love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-To be the point of contact for all payroll queries-To provide accurate information and data to our payroll bureau investigating and resolving issues when required-To help drive improvements in the root cause issues of payroll inaccuracies-To assist only an ad-hoc basis in the set-up of new starters, processing any changes and entering leavers to the system-To upload (as required) any statutory leave dates and any certificates, including but not limited to sick leave, maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leaves-To administer (as required) any hours missed, roll back of rotas and any missing details - including bank details and NINs-To work collaboratively with HR to address any issues as they arise-To provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Finance and HR Teams as required, including report generation, hours missed, rota queries, roll back of rota's (Ad hoc reports, wage queries, missing bank details, National Insurance numbers, pension queries

The successful candidate will:-Be well organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise workload-Be discreet, professional and well presented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-Have proven experience in a Payroll role (either Admin / Assistant / Officer or Manager) supporting a busy team and exceeding expectations-Have experience of providing first line employee advice-Be exceptionally efficient, with the ability to multitask-Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues
