Customer Service Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast paced team based in Exeter

Main responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for customers and staff providing advice and information
  • Proactively identify the nest solutions for each customer that will create value for the company and actively develop the brand
  • Accurately and efficiency process bookings, invoices and payments using appropriate systems and procedures
  • Collate and input information onto database/ spreadsheets as required
  • Maintain records; produce accurate documentation, regular statistical information and management reports
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints, resolving them empathetically and to customers satisfaction

Qualifications/ Experience required:

  • Educated to CSE, GCSE, NVQ or GNVQ standard
  • Customer service experience
  • Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Office programs including Excel, Data inputting/ storage and extraction of reports

The ideal candidate will be motivated and willing to learn as well as possess excellent communication skills


£17,000- £18,000 + benefits
