Our client who is a Hitchin company is recruiting for a Project Support Administrator to work alongside Project Managers. This post is for someone who has excellent attention to detail can multi task and who has superb verbal and written skills.
Your key responsibilities here will be:-
. Monitoring project costs & budgets
. Managing labour resources
. To deal with customer complaints and relative stakeholders
. Coordinate requests from the factory
. Check and raise invoices
. Update all systems and work flow regularly
For this role, we are looking for:-
. Excellent customer service skills
. Strong organisational skills
. Good time management
. Be able to juggle multiple enquiries and workload
. Commercial awareness / business savvy
. Knowledge of Microsoft packages
